The heated swimming pool and cozy spa lounge at the hotel provided a great way to unwind after a long day of traveling, chillin' vibes for sure. Only downside was no shuttle service back to the airport, but not a deal-breaker because the shuttle to the airport was super convenient and saved me lots of hassle. 👍

The room was a bit too hot, but that was on us for not adjusting the heating. However, the staff were super friendly and quickly changed our room to accommodate our needs. Parking was free during check-in, and the bathroom was spotless with no mold. The hotel's location near the airport was convenient. I was disappointed by the lack of assistance with luggage and the outdated lobby. My non-smoking room still smelled of smoke, and cleanliness was lacking with dusty lamps and dirty towels. It was noisy on the first floor, and I felt unsafe. Despite some inconveniences, the bed was comfy, and the shuttle service was a plus. It would have been better if toiletries were readily available, and complimentary water and tissues were provided. Overall, an okay experience, but room for improvement.
